Real impact. Real people.
These are the moments that make the work matter.
01
Queens, New York
A mother finally heard in an IEP meeting.
After years of feeling dismissed in IEP meetings, a mother from Queens attended one of Quentin's family workshops. She learned the language, the laws, and the strategies she needed.
Three weeks later, she called to say her son had been placed in the program she'd been fighting for — for two years. One workshop. One family. One life changed.
02
New York City
A school district rethinks its approach to inclusion.
A New York City school district brought Quentin in for a full-day staff training after years of complaints from families about how students with disabilities were being treated.
The principal later reported that the training sparked a district-wide policy review — and that staff were using the language and frameworks Quentin introduced months later.

Queens, New York
A hospital team changes how it communicates with patients.
After a keynote at a Queens hospital planning summit, a care team reached out to bring Quentin back for a full training on disability-competent care.
The team implemented new communication protocols for patients with disabilities — protocols that are now part of their standard onboarding for new clinical staff.

The Mission
The mission behind the numbers.
Every statistic represents a person. Every training represents an organization that decided to do better. Every family supported is a child whose life is more likely to go the way it should.
Quentin built I Am DAD because he lived the gap between what families deserve and what they actually get. The mission isn't awareness — it's accountability. Not just knowing ableism exists, but building systems that refuse to tolerate it.
The work continues. The reach grows. And every new partnership, every new family, every new organization that commits to change — that's the impact.
This isn't about awareness. It's about accountability.
